2. Services and Eligibility for Refund

Our services primarily include, but are not limited to, software development, IT consulting, and digital marketing. The eligibility for a refund and the cancellation process depends on the nature of the service purchased.

Project-Based Services (e.g., Software Development)

For long-term projects, payments are typically milestone-based. Cancellations are possible, but refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you choose to cancel a project, you will be liable for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any payments made for work not yet started may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the terms of the project agreement.

Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Maintenance and Support)

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription services are generally not provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Consulting and One-Time Services

Once the service has been delivered or the consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations may be accepted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

3. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or a refund, you must send a formal request in writing to our support team at info@shauryaditya.com. Your request should include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The name of the service purchased.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A detailed reason for the cancellation or refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15–30 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment provider's policies. Please note that any transaction fees or processing charges incurred during the original payment may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation if we determine that the request is not in good faith, or if the terms of a specific service agreement override this general policy. We may also make exceptions in certain circumstances, such as in the event of a significant service failure on our part.
